Activate VPS Firewall

Debian has its own firewall, but Upcloud’s firewall is way simpler. By locking ssh port 22, Postgresql port 5432 and Webmin port 10000 to one single IP-address (if you have a fixed ip-address - your own) it will be even safer. Note that the firewall is now free on Upcload.
